Introduction

This overview is also a resounding call to arms for Bible-believing warriors.

Chapter 1   Moses, the Alphabet, the Pentateuch, and the “Original Sacred Languages”

This beginning was the foundation for everything – the war; morality (from the forbidden Tree of Knowledge of good & evil); and the shared principle behind 1) fornication, 2) gluttony, 3) drunkenness, and 4) democracy.

Chapter 2   War, The Great Commission, and The Manuscript Mess

Why God made Abraham's people special.  This (with D7 & D8) explains why saints are different from pagans, and how the world's different religions developed.

Chapter 3   Origen’s Quest to Find the True Text and Thereby End the Manuscript Mess

Pagan nations could not defeat God's people, so Balaam, up on Peor, taught them how to corrupt God’s saints.

Chapter 4   Jerome and the Thousand-Year Latin Vulgate Bible

Just as apostasy caused God to divide humans into saints and pagans, apostasy divided the 12 tribes into Judah and Israel.

Chapter 5   The Masoretes, Their OT Manuscript, and the Dead Sea Scrolls

He conquered the world and spread the leaven of Greek philosophy/Reason, which corrupted pure faith in Thus saith the Lord.

Chapter 6   How the End of Feudalism Helped Enslave Society

He became popular and influential by subtly using Greek philosophy to “interpret” Christian doctrines.  His philosophy- and human-Reason-based writings became the foundation of Roman Catholicism, and led to the “Enlightenment", theology, morality, and modern secular society.

Chapter 7   The Advent of Mere Bible Versions

Barbarians almost extinguished Enlightened scholarship (Greek philosophy) ...but the Crusades and Catholic scholars brought it back, leading to the Inquisition and to Albertus Magnus' defense of Augustine's acceptance of Plato's theory that all souls are immortal.

Chapter 8   The AV1611: “The Translation to End All Translations”

Aquinas had a massive impact on Christianity, in part because Augustine had been exposed as intellectually pedestrian, which threatened the continued existence of the Catholic Church.  So Aquinas formally blended Greek philosophy with Catholic doctrine, which made Greek philosophy-based Reason (theology) become “Christian,” and Reason quickly displaced Scripture as the foundation of Catholicism...as well as all of Western civilization.

Final Words

Luther, basing his actions on what he thought rather than on what the Bible says, spread Reason from Catholicism to Protestantism and Western society.

Frank Edward McGurrin, a court stenographer from Salt Lake City, Utah who taught typing classes, reportedly invented touch typing in 1888. On a standard keyboard for English speakers the home row keys are: "ASDF" for the left hand and "JKL;" for the right hand. The keyboard is called a QWERTY keyboard because these are the first six letters on the keyboard. Most modern computer keyboards have a raised dot or bar on the home keys for the index fingers to help touch typists maintain and rediscover the correct position on the keyboard quickly with no need to look at the keys! More recently, the ability to touch type on touchscreen phones has been made possible with the use of specialized virtual keyboard software for touch typing.

In those verses the fact that both men and beasts are mortal is a big deal because until the animals in Ge 3:21 died no living creature had ever seen any other creature die. In order to understand the significance of mortal death as it relates to men and beasts we need to examine the angels.

God is the “Father of spirits” (He 12:9). The angels are spirits (He 1:7) and are therefore sons of the Father of spirits (Jb 1:6). God is the capital S Spirit (Jn 4:24), and His children are lowercase s spirits.
